Grantchester C Change LLC invests in UCAP Power.
FREMONT, CA: Grantchester Capital Change Group (GCC), a worldwide private equity group focused on electrification, infrastructure, and renewable energy generation, invests in UCAP Power, Inc., which will support UCAP's entry into the ultracapacitor market through the acquisition of Maxwell Technologies. Maxwell's non-dry electrode, ultracapacitor businesses, related assets, and the Maxwell trademark are included in the acquisition.
