Imprint Energy's ZinCore batteries deliver ten times the power in the same volume as Imprint's previous zinc-based battery, ZincPoly while supporting 5G radio demands. ZinCore batteries pack more power into a smaller space; they are also thinner and more flexible than commercially available lithium batteries, measuring 1.0 mm in width and 3 inches in bending diameter. ZinCore's customizable, scalable, printed manufacturing process enables large-scale production of batteries that conform to the shape and size requirements of specific project design requirements while also delivering on the promise of lower cost per cm3. ZinCore is resistant to extreme temperatures, operating between -35° C and 60° C. Additionally, it is completely submersible underwater.
